By accessing, registering for, purchasing, installing, integrating, or using Trackqle in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Trackqle is a website intelligence, analytics, tracking, automation, and marketing insights platform designed to help businesses understand website engagement, visitor behavior, campaign performance, conversions, and operational analytics across websites and digital properties.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your websites, applications, forms, tracking implementations, consent banners, privacy notices, cookie notices, and data collection practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Trackqle provides tools and infrastructure only and does not provide legal compliance guarantees. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining any legally required user consent before enabling tracking or analytics technologies on your properties.
Customers remain solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and ownership of any data collected, processed, uploaded, or stored through the Services.
Certain Services require a paid subscription.
Subscription plans may include website usage limits, team member limits, tracking limits, data retention limits, credit allocations, feature access restrictions, plugin access, API access, and usage-based functionality.
Pricing, limits, features, and entitlements may change over time. Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions renew automatically, charges are billed in advance, and failure to complete payment may result in suspension or restriction of Services.
Trackqle reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription structures, feature allocations, and usage policies at any time.
Certain features may operate using a credit-based system, including but not limited to visitor/company reveal features, data enrichment, AI-generated insights, advanced processing services, and external API-powered functionality.
Credits may expire, may vary by subscription plan, may not be transferable, may not be redeemable for cash, and may be revoked in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Trackqle reserves the right to adjust credit pricing, allocation structures, processing logic, and usage limitations at any time.
Trackqle may provide plugins, APIs, integrations, scripts, tracking codes, SDKs, connectors, and related technologies.
This includes, but is not limited to Trackqle Connect, PDF Resource plugins, Author Performance plugins, WordPress integrations, marketing integrations, CRM integrations, and third-party APIs.
You may not reverse engineer the Services, resell plugins without authorization, remove licensing mechanisms, circumvent subscription restrictions, modify security or validation systems, or abuse APIs or infrastructure.
Trackqle may suspend or revoke access to plugins or integrations if misuse, excessive usage, fraud, or security concerns are detected.
You agree not to use the Services for illegal activity, fraudulent tracking, malware distribution, spam or abusive automation, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, platform abuse, excessive automated requests, competitive scraping, circumvention of system protections, distribution of harmful or deceptive content, or violations of third-party rights or privacy laws.
Trackqle reserves the right to investigate and take action against any activity that threatens the integrity, security, availability, or reputation of the platform.
Trackqle services may not be used for websites or services involving malware distribution, phishing, spam operations, fraudulent activity, unauthorized surveillance, illegal products or services, copyright infringement, extremist content, hate content, adult content, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
Trackqle provides analytics, scoring systems, tracking insights, attribution reports, AI-powered suggestions, enrichment data, campaign intelligence, and related outputs for informational and operational purposes only.
You acknowledge that analytics data may contain delays or estimation differences; attribution may not always be fully accurate; AI-generated recommendations may contain inaccuracies; visitor identification and enrichment systems may not always be complete; and tracking behavior may vary depending on browser settings, consent mechanisms, blockers, or technical limitations.
Trackqle does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analytics outputs or business outcomes derived from the Services.
Trackqle may retain operational, analytical, security, diagnostic, and usage-related data for platform functionality, fraud prevention, system optimization, reporting, compliance, support, and infrastructure management.
Retention periods may vary depending on subscription plan, data type, platform requirements, operational necessity, and legal obligations.
Trackqle reserves the right to archive, aggregate, anonymize, or delete data in accordance with internal operational policies.
All platform content, software, branding, systems, designs, dashboards, algorithms, interfaces, code, analytics methodologies, plugins, documentation, and technologies associated with Trackqle remain the exclusive property of Trackqle and its operators.
These Terms do not grant ownership rights to customers except for limited access rights required to use the Services.
You may not copy or redistribute platform components, reproduce proprietary systems, use Trackqle branding without permission, or build competing services using Trackqle technology or infrastructure.
Trackqle continuously improves and evolves the Services. The platform may experience scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, temporary outages, feature modifications, API changes, dashboard redesigns, plugin updates, and third-party dependency interruptions.
Trackqle does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, interfaces, reports, scoring models, APIs, and integrations may change over time without prior notice.
Trackqle may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated, fraud or abuse is detected, payment obligations are not met, security risks are identified, or platform integrity is threatened.
Customers may discontinue use of the Services at any time subject to applicable subscription obligations. Termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination.
Trackqle reserves the right to disable tracking functionality, regenerate tracking credentials, revoke plugin licenses, suspend integrations, restrict access to APIs, deactivate websites, or limit platform functionality where necessary to protect platform security, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackqle and its affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, reputation damage, third-party claims, security incidents beyond reasonable control, or decisions made using analytics or AI outputs.
The total liability of Trackqle for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Trackqle during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trackqle, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violations of these Terms, violations of applicable laws, customer data practices, unauthorized tracking implementations, or third-party disputes.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Trackqle may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, operational improvements, new services or integrations, and security requirements.
Updated versions will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
