Trackqle currently offers subscription plans designed for individuals, businesses, agencies, and organizations. Available plans, features, pricing, usage limits, and included services are displayed on the Trackqle pricing page and may change from time to time.

3. Billing Cycles

Subscriptions may be billed:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annually
  • Based on custom enterprise agreements

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Charges are billed in advance;
  • Subscription access begins after successful payment processing;
  • Billing cycles renew automatically until canceled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring payment methods remain valid and up to date.

4. Automatic Renewals

To maintain uninterrupted access, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

By subscribing, you authorize Trackqle to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees using the payment method on file.

Renewal charges may reflect:

  • Updated pricing;
  • Additional usage;
  • Taxes;
  • Add-on purchases;
  • Expanded limits;
  • Plan upgrades.

Customers may disable automatic renewal before the next billing cycle through account settings or by contacting support.

5. Payment Methods

Trackqle may accept payment through third-party payment processors and billing providers.

Accepted methods may include:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Online payment gateways
  • Digital payment services

Trackqle does not directly store full payment card details unless explicitly stated. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Failed Payments and Account Restrictions

If a payment fails, Trackqle may:

  • Retry billing attempts;
  • Temporarily restrict account access;
  • Pause tracking functionality;
  • Suspend plugins or integrations;
  • Limit dashboard access;
  • Disable certain premium features.

Trackqle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with unresolved billing issues. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances even if services are suspended.

7. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Customers may upgrade or downgrade subscription plans subject to platform availability.

Upgrades

When upgrading:

  • Additional charges may apply immediately;
  • New limits and features may activate instantly;
  • Billing cycles may be adjusted proportionally.

Downgrades

When downgrading:

  • Certain features may become unavailable;
  • Usage limits may decrease;
  • Historical data retention may change;
  • Plugin access or integrations may be restricted.

Downgrades generally take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

8. Credit-Based Services

Certain Trackqle features may use credits or usage-based allocations.

Examples may include:

  • Visitor/company reveal systems
  • Data enrichment
  • AI-assisted processing
  • Advanced analytics operations
  • API-powered lookups
  • Premium automation features

Credits may be allocated by subscription plan, purchased separately, expire after a defined period, vary by region or promotion, and be subject to fair usage limitations.

Unused credits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law. Trackqle reserves the right to modify credit structures, pricing, expiration rules, and usage logic at any time.

9. Refund Policy

Because Trackqle provides digital software services, analytics infrastructure, and platform access, refunds are generally limited.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, the following are typically non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees already billed;
  • Partial billing periods;
  • Setup or onboarding services;
  • Usage-based charges;
  • Consumed credits;
  • API-based processing costs;
  • Plugin purchases or activations;
  • Promotional or discounted plans;
  • Custom implementation services.

Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for duplicate billing, accidental charges, verified unauthorized transactions, or technical billing errors directly caused by Trackqle.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Trackqle reserves sole discretion regarding refund determinations.

10. Trials and Promotional Access

Trackqle may offer:

  • Free trials;
  • Promotional credits;
  • Beta access;
  • Limited-time campaigns;
  • Discounted subscriptions.

Unless otherwise stated, trial periods may convert into paid subscriptions upon expiration if auto-renewal is enabled, promotional credits have no cash value, and trial limitations may apply.

Trackqle reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

11. Taxes and Fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Sales taxes
  • VAT
  • GST
  • Withholding taxes
  • Transaction fees
  • Government-imposed charges

Where required, taxes may be added during checkout or invoicing. Customers remain responsible for compliance with local tax obligations.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension;
  • Account termination;
  • Loss of credits or access;
  • Restriction from future purchases;
  • Recovery actions where legally permitted.

Customers are encouraged to contact Trackqle support before initiating disputes with payment providers.

13. Cancellation of Services

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time subject to the terms of the active billing cycle.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Cancellation prevents future renewals;
  • Existing billing periods remain active until expiration;
  • Fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation does not automatically delete stored data unless specifically requested or required by platform retention policies.

Trackqle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate subscriptions, tracking services, plugin licenses, integrations, or platform access if a customer violates the Terms of Service, engages in abusive activity, operates prohibited websites, attempts to misuse the platform, or fails to comply with applicable laws.

14. Enterprise and Custom Agreements

Certain enterprise customers may operate under separate negotiated agreements, invoices, or contractual terms.

Where separate written agreements exist, those agreements may override portions of this Policy.

15. Policy Updates

Trackqle reserves the right to update this Policy periodically to reflect:

  • Pricing changes;
  • Service changes;
  • Operational improvements;
  • Regulatory requirements;
  • Payment provider changes;
  • New platform capabilities.

Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Trackqle services may not be used for illegal activities, phishing, malware distribution, spam operations, fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, unauthorized data collection, adult content platforms, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
